As Restaurant Manager, you report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and will manage all aspects of the restaurant:

Delivering the ultimate fine dining experience
Taking a lead role in private dining and afternoon tea service.
As Restaurant Manager, you will use your natural people management skills to lead and develop our incredible restaurant team, driving our 5* service standards and taking our dining experience to the next level.
